Our bright and spacious guest suite is on one convenient level and offers one Queen Bedroom, a 3 piece Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a cheerful modern Kitchenette with Dining Area, and a cozy Lounge. The suite also offers a lovely private garden and two private outdoor Patios.

It is far more energy efficient than typical new homes and greatly reduces our impact on the environment. A Deposit of 25% is required at time of booking to reserve the Premises. The balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.
Sorry, NO PETS are allowed at the B & B.
SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is allowed outside the guest suite in the Patio area ONLY. Ashtrays and fire-proof trash tins are provided. A strict No Smoking Policy applies inside the guest suite (please keep doors closed when smoking). Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the BARN or outside of the designated Smoking Area.

Cancellation Policy:

If the GUEST wishes to Cancel the Reservation, a 100% refund is given if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the check-in date;
A 50% refund is given if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
